Easiest way? Go look in your mailbox. Find out what companies are sending you stuff, contact them, and say you want to start a marketing campaign. The direct marketing firms usually can direct you to someone or even have a team in-house to make your ad.
If you want to do it yourself, basically what makes a compelling marketing campaign depends on what your business model and what industry you are working.
